The accommodation itself is attractive, well-equipped and spacious. The farmhouse style kitchen/diner has beautiful hand crafted furniture with a four oven Aga and a Belfast sink, coupled with all modern appliances such as a halogen hob, microwave oven and two dishwashers.Next to the kitchen is a games room with pool table, table football, TV and video. This leads to a double bedroom with French doors, zip and link beds and TV. There is also a shower room with utility area housing a washing machine and tumble dryer. Also on this floor is a further twin bedded room with TV and en-suite shower room.

A wide oak staircase leads to the first floor which has a large living room with beams and a wood burning stove. Off the living room is a double bedroom with 5ft bed and TV, and a twin bedded room. Both of these rooms share a large family bathroom with shower. Accommodation on this floor also includes a further double bedroom with TV and en-suite shower room. All first floor bedrooms, like the living room, have wooden floorboards.

Another oak staircase leads to the second floor which has a large double bedroom with wooden floorboards, a vaulted beamed ceiling, 5ft bed and a TV; as well as an en-suite bathroom with shower.

The large garden offers a good degree of privacy and has a good sized patio with furniture and a barbecue. There is also a children's play area with a swing and a slide. Within the grounds of, and exclusive to the Old Mill is the indoor heated swimming pool which is housed in a separate detached converted barn and measures 28ft x 15ft, with a depth of 4ft.
